frequently asked questions

1. Are there any preservatives in the products?

The only preservative is the natural vitamin E oil, tocopherol.  Try to avoid using your fingers in the scrubs and body butter. Try your best to use clean wooden sticks, spatulas or spoons to retrieve the products as much as possible. This will reduce bacteria from getting into the jars. Also avoid getting water in your products. This will extend the shelf life.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no. We currently do not ship internationally. We ship to all 50 United States and its territories.

3. Can I use your products if I have a nut allergy?

Many of our products do have nut derivatives such as sweet almond oil. You can check the ingredients for each of our products in the “INGREDIENTS” tab on the product detail page.

4. Your products smell so good! Are they edible?

All of our products are all natural but we do not recommend consumption of any kind. For external use only. Sorry.

5. How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

6. How do I change or cancel my order?
